We are just back from 3 amazing days in Rovaniemi and 4 magical days in Lousto/Phyä❄️❤️ Thank you so much Clare, from the bottom of our hearts for helping to create a holiday that we will never forget. We wanted to split our trip in order to experience different areas of Lapland and your recommendations were perfect! Really hard to choose but highlights from Rovaniemi were definitely Lapland Winter Park with Sauna World and also our stay in an igloo where you went all out to ensure our warm welcome there was extra special😘🤩
We fell in love with Lousto it was exactly as you said absolutely stunning! The husky ride was incredible and the reindeers are such beautiful animals.
Santa was just wonderful🎅 He had the kids letters and chatted to them for ages, they were blown away by him their wee faces just lit up, such a magical experience!
Nothing I asked was a problem for you and your knowledge of Lapland and reassurances helped make the whole process from start to finish run smoothly and professionally you are a complete star 🌟
We will definitely have to go back to Lapland so it will not be the last you hear from me haha! Thanks again from all of us x

Surpassed every expectation

I can’t actually tell you how magical that few days was. Since I had my children it was a dream to take them to Lapland but it surpassed every expectation. Pure and utter magic.
The look on my boys’ faces was something I will treasure forever and the staff with Santa’s Lapland went above and beyond every step of the way. Thank you so much! This time a week ago I would have said it would be a trip of a lifetime but we have already decided we are going back!

Once in a lifetime

We’ve just returned from a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Lapland in Finland (Pyhä), and we cant thank Clare enough for making it so magical! Still feel like its sinking in all the magic we experienced!
From start to finish, Clare was absolutely fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions, no matter how small, and never made us feel like a nuisance. Her knowledge and expertise were truly invaluable, and she just 'got it'! Clare removed all the concerens and worries that come with such a big trip and listened to what we wanted and made our dreams come true!
With so many concerns this year about the snow, Clare was incredibly reassuring and always kept us informed. It’s priceless to have someone so knowledgeable and dedicated helping to plan such an important trip. Clare’s friendly and professional approach really stood out, and she took her time to ensure that every little detail was perfect.

Trip of a lifetime

Clare we can’t thank you enough for all your help and expertise in booking our dream holiday. In the words of our seven year old daughter it was the best holiday of her life! She now wants to move to Lapland when she’s older and run a husky farm.
For people considering booking, Clare’s customer service is second to none. She is very knowledgeable and was always available for queries no matter how small. She has provided an amazing service all round.

just an update to say thanks so much for organising our fabulous trip - we had such an amazing time. It was just wonderful and Santa was just incredible 🤩. My youngest daughter has been telling everyone how she is going to be an elf when she grows up 🥰.
Just a few of the million pictures we took which might reassure people who are panicking about the lack of snow - it is unfortunate but there is still more than enough to have a really fabulous time. And also where there was less snow, the skies were alive - the sunrise and sunsets were out of this world and we saw polar stratospheric clouds which were utterly gorgeous.

I was quite anxious about booking this trip through an agent, but now that our journey is complete, I wouldn’t choose any other way. Clare has been incredibly supportive, always available to address my concerns and provide reassurance.

Lapland was everything we had hoped for. Ingham's team also deserves a five-star rating; their treatment of us and the children was truly remarkable. Everything went seamlessly, with no issues, and the organization was flawless.

All the excursions were wonderful, particularly the personal touch during the Santa visit. We enjoyed a private snowmobile ride with an elf to Santa’s cottage, where he spent ample time with our child – it was simply magical. The huskies were our absolute favorite!

I wouldn’t consider going with any other company or agent in the future. I can't express enough gratitude to Clare and Inghams for providing us with such a memorable experience.

I just want to thank you, Clare, for helping me organise the most special magical trip of a lifetime with my family. At the start of this year, my dream was to go to Lapland with my family, my husband, and two boys aged 8 and 4 years. From the moment I contacted you, you were so kind, committed, and dedicated to helping me realise my dream. I was such a pain, having specific dates and what I wanted, yet you came back with so many options to help me. I can't thank you enough for recommending NLV Pyhä and for booking this for us. It was the most amazing place. Our trip was filled with fun, laughter, and magic, and we got to see the northan lights as we looked out of our glass roof cabin. You have been so helpful along the way, organising me and settling any anxiety I had leading up to our departure, for that I can't thank you enough.
As for our experiences, they were all truly magical, and my boys were over the moon that they got to see real santa!! The search for santa and the Reindeers at NLV were a particular highlight.
We will definitely be back because lapland has a place in our hearts forever, so thank you for making my dream come true.

Just perfect

‘We the most magical time!
Searching for Santa was absolutely amazing.
Apartment was perfect!!!! With two small children we cud watch the northern lights from the balcony while they slept…… and even from the jacuzzi!!
Amethyst mine was also really loved- I would advise it to families as my two loved it and there was lots of snow half way up!’

What a Place

Just returned from a fabulous 4 nights in Pyha arranged by Clare.
As a family with young kids we wanted a bespoke package so we had flexibility and freedom with some downtime.
Clare found us the most beautiful villa, arranged a car, flights and sourced amazing authentic experiences for us along with lots of advice and tips for a great trip. She saved us over a thousand pounds, gained us an extra day and upgraded us to luxury accommodation.
The day we were travelling we found out one of our main events was cancelled due to snow not being deep enough, which I was kind of expecting and couldnt be helped (although there was plenty for snow play & sledging fun!). However before I had even realised, Clare had jumped to it, arranged us a refund and held us spaces on a replacement location which went ahead!
I found Clare purely by chance on Facebook (something I hardly use) unhappy with the busy full on schedule of a package and searching for ideas. I honestly cannot thank her enough for all her bloody hard work, knowledge, patience and humour - it’s been an absolute joy working with her the last 6 months creating this magical trip and I am sad it’s over!
So where next then Clare ?? Xx

Magical

We have wanted to visit Lapland with our children and to have the most magical experiences. With so many areas , excursions and itineraries it was quite overwhelming. We reached out to Lapland By Clare after finding her Facebook page and she delivered everything we wanted and more.
We stayed for 2 nights / 3 days at NLV Pyha and stayed in a Taiga Cabin , which was incredible and so spacious for the four of us.
Before we went we saw lots of anxieties on other forums around the lack of snow - however our children still had the most amazing experiences which Clare co-ordinated for us.
Clare was so responsive to our questions and everything from the transfers, to check in , to suit hire ran like clockwork.
For anybody thinking about booking Lapland - DO IT ⛄️❄️ and we highly recommend you have Clare help you make your holiday dreams come true.
